The way the Christian Co. Tournament was run this year was a little different then in the past. Depending on what round you lost in would decide what place you were able to wrestle for. For example if you lost the first match of the tournament the best you were able to get was 7th; this process continued throughout each round, so second round lost you could do no better then 5th, third round you could do no better then third, and the fourth round was the finals. I really enjoyed this format because the pace of the tournament was faster and when you have new families and fans to the sport this really helps with action continuing each round. 18 teams were at the tournament. - 112-Clay Revelett went 0-2 for the day losing to Brian Hancock from Tuscalloosa and Dustin Shaw from Kenwood
- 119-Matt Smith went 1-2 for the day losing to Bradley Butters from Ravenwood, and Eddie Gagnon from Paducah. Matt picked up a win against Robert Wright from Ft. Campbell
- 140-Dylan Hale went 2-2 placed 8th for the day. Dylan lost to Nate Baker from Northeast & Jonathon Smith from Ravenwood. Dylan’s wins were over Dylan Clark from Collierville & Anthony Avery from Tuscaloosa
- 145-Cody Proffitt went 1-2 for the day. Losing to Mat Pappas from Ravenwood & Kiln Hoyt from Grissom. Cody’s win come against Tony Murphy from Kenwood.
- 152-Robert Moll finished the day at 1-2. Losing to Matt Rabbit from Clarksville (Championing of the weight) & Ethan Taylor from Calloway. Robert won against Donovan Freeman from Ravenwood.
- 160-John Boitnott went 2-2 for the day and placed 8th over all in the tournament. John lost to Nick Lynch from Northwest (Champ of the weight) & Emil Samborski from Northeast. John got wins over Michael Kennedy from Ohio Co. & Jeremy Williams from Tuscalloosa.
- 171-Gavin Agnew went 3-1 for the day and placing 3rd over all. Gavin lost to Benny Bradford (Champ of the weight) in the semifinals. Gavin got wins over Dale Hall from Tuscalloosa, Dustin Thompson from Lafayette, and Jake Sanders from Northwest.
- 189-Kyle Proffitt finished the day 2-2 and placing 6th over all. Kyle lost to Brad Brown Tuscalloosa, and Gabe Vasquez from Clarksville. Kyle had wins over Sam Gittings from Ft. Campbell & Shamon Brown from Lafayette.
- 215-Channing Revelett went 2-1 for the day placing 7th over all. Channing had only one lost and that was to Michael Perry from Clarksville. Channing’s wins were over David Riney from Grissom & Austin Simoneau from Ft. Campbell.
- HWT-Tanner Flynn went 3-1 for the day and placed 5th over all. Tanner’s only lost come from Brandon Hamilton from Paducah. Tanner had wins over Wesley Potts from Calloway, Christian Rowan from Grissom, and Jamal Sahkeenab from Northeast.
Over all Caldwell had 6 place winners out of 10 varsity wrestlers.
