The Caldwell Co. wrestlers competed in the Paducah Duel tournament this week the tournament was arranged to only have five teams, which would allow all wrestlers to get four matches due to the pool type system they were running. The teams that attended the meet were Carmi White IL., Ft. Campbell, Ohio Co., Paducah, and Caldwell Co. The guys done an outstanding job considering our team was down thirty points in every meet due to not having any lower weight class wrestlers except 112 & 103. We had 9 total wrestlers out of the 14 weight classes. As a team we went 1-3 for the day losing to Carmi IL. 46-34 (we won 6 of the 9 matches we had), Ohio 57-30, & Ft. Campbell 44-40 (winning 6 of the 9 matches we had). The Caldwell tigers had a win over Paducah 40-40-it came down to criteria and since we won 7 matches and they won 7 matches, but 5 of their wins were won by forfeit. I was very pleased with the performance; I thought several of the 9 wrestlers we brought were the top wrestler in their weight class.

- 140-Dylan Hale 3-1 for the day losing to Suche from Ft. Campbell. Dylan had wins over Englert from Paducah, Clark from Ohio, & Guinn from Carmi.
- 152-Robert Moll 3-1 for the day losing to Kiper from Ohio. Robert had wins over Gunter from Carmi, Paterson from Paducah, & Manning from Ft. Campbell.
- 160-Steven Lamb 3-1 for the day losing to Lynch from Ohio. Steven had wins over Zirbel from Carmi, England from Ft. Campbell, & Baker from Paducah.
- 171-Gavin Agnew 3-1 for the day losing to Woolen from Ohio. Gavin had wins over Dodge from Paducah, Nikalao from Ft. Campbell, & Smith from Carmi.
- 189-Kyle Proffitt 4-0 for the day; Kyle had wins over Paducah, Simonao from Ft. Campbell, Ohio, & Peterson from Carmi.
- 215-Tanner Flynn 4-0 for the day; Tanner had wins over Paducah, Ft. Campbell, Ohio, & Rister from Carmi.
- 285-Channing Revelett 3-1 for the day losing to Wright from Carmi. Channing had wins over Ohio, Paducah, & Ft. Campbell.
