Caldwell Co. Tigers spent 4 days at Union Co. attending Ben Askren Lethal Weapon Camp this past week. Ben Askren represented USA in the Olympics this past year Ben was also a 4 time NCAA DI All-American, 2 time NCAA DI National champ, and 2 time Hodge Trophy winner (Cael Sanders is the only other wrestler to win multiple Hodge trophy’s”). Also in attendance Mark Ellis DI National Champ 2009, Maxwell Askren NCAA DI All-American & Academic All-American, Michael Chandler three-time NCAA qualifier and Vice President of the Student Athlete Advisory Council (SAAC), and the highly experienced five year veteran Joey Garrity.
