Armstrong classic
Caldwell Co. Tigers went in to the tournament this weekend with only 10 varsity spots, but you wouldn't have noticed by looking at the team scores; Caldwell finished 5th out of 11 teams. Team results:

I was really impressed with several of the guys that wrestled this week. Age has been a big factor for the team this year, but as the season goes on I see this first year/second year wrestlers displaying attitudes and skills that could be compared to veteran wrestlers. Caldwell finished the day with: One first and second, two thirds, one fourth, two fifths, and three eighths. Overall, with the weather being an issue and forcing us to only be able to practice 2 days this week I think we did extremely well, I look forward to seeing several of these young wrestlers develop into championship caliber wrestlers in the near future.
